Ember and light the ransomed of Jehovah

We have come in those days when many cry out to Allah, God against their oppressors, and He shall send them a Saviour to defend and to get them out of the slavery of this world. In Scriptures it is indicated that there shall come a time when religion shall set up against religion and children against their parents. Everywhere in the world we can see severe discussions going on between youngsters and their elders. Young people also protest against the situations around them and are faced with different religious groups which pull them from one site to the other. Men and women have absolutely no regard, or fear, for the Word of God any-more.

In certain Christian faithgroups today they call Ember Saturday in Advent. It is a day of Fast and Partial Abstinence as they prepare for one week from today the coming of the Lord. Today they find themselves at a Major Feria, not Privileged Station at St. Peter‘s.

In most of the Christian faithgroups they soon remember the birth of Christ Jesus (born 17 October 4 bCE) on the birthday of the goddess of light. They seem to find it appropriate to celebrate Jesus his birthday on that pagan day because they consider Jesus as the light of the world. And he was and must be our light. He should be the one who pulls us from the dark and lightens our path making clear all the signs which direct to the One and Only One God, God of gods, the Father of Jesus Christ, Jeshua, the son of Mary (Miriam/Maria) and Joseph,  from the tribe of king David.

Heavy-laden under the yoke of sin humanity went astray, and many lost the Magnetic North. In Jesus god has given the world the most accurate magnet.

The days are filled with pictures from Syria and the desert in Jordan with in the camps thousands of people fighting to have something to eat and hoping to find something to warm themselves. They do not like the water in the Unicef camps and are thirsty in the desert crying out to let the wilderness rejoice, and flower as the lily. They also should learn as a lot of people in the West that  the desert places of the Jordan shall blossom and rejoice; the glory of Lebanon has been given to it, and the honour of Carmel; and God's people shall see the glory of the Almighty God.

Let the wilderness and the dry place be glad for them, and let the desert rejoice, and blossom as the rose. It blossoms much and rejoices, even with joy and singing. The esteem of Lebshall be given to it, the excellence of Karmel and Sharon. They shall see the esteem of יהוה {Jehovah}, the excellency of our Elohim. (Isaiah 35:1-2 The Scriptures 1998+)
The time has come that those who have faith and believe in the creator of all things, have to say to those who have an anxious heart, "Be strong; fear not! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, with the recompense of God. He will come and save you."

Jesus was placed on this world by his Father, Jehovah God, on a miraculous way, and to bring what you call a miracle as well, namely the offering of a peace which shall endure for ever.

The Jew from Nazareth, born in Bethlehem, was to open the eyes of the blind shall and to unstop the ears of the deaf. As prophesied he did many miracles in the name of his Father. The lame man came to leap like a deer, and the tongue of the mute to sing for joy. And he gave hope to all who were willing to listen. He was the man who was prepared to give his blood and his body as a Lamb of God to bring the most acceptable offer to God so that no other offering would be necessary.

In the night he was born a great falling star also showed the way to shepherds and magi, wise man who crossed the waters in the wilderness, and streams in the desert; to see that the burning sand shall become a pool, and the thirsty ground springs of water; in the haunt of jackals, and that where they lie down, the grass shall become reeds and rushes. And a highway shall be there, and it shall be called the Way of Holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it. It shall belong to those who walk on the way; even if they are fools, they shall not go astray. No lion shall be there, nor shall any ravenous beast come up on it; they shall not be found there, but the redeemed shall walk there. And the ransomed of the Holy Most High shall return and come to Zion with singing; everlasting joy shall be upon their heads; they shall obtain gladness and joy, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.

Say to those with anxious heart, “Be strong, do not fear! See, your Elohim comes with vengeance, with the recompense of Elohim. He is coming to save you.” Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf be opened. Then the lame shall leap like a deer, and the tongue of the dumb sing, because waters shall burst forth in the wilderness, and streams in the desert. And the parched ground shall become a pool, and the thirsty land springs of water – in the home for jackals, where each lay, grass with reeds and rushes. And there shall be a highway, and a way, and it shall be called “The Way of Set-apartness {1}.” The unclean does not pass over it, but it is for those who walk the way, and no fools wander on it. {Footnote: 1See Ps. 77:13.} No lion is there, nor any ravenous beast go up on it, it is not found there. But the redeemed shall walk there. And the ransomed of יהוה  {Jehovah} shall return and enter Tsiyon with singing, with everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away. (Isaiah 35:4-10 The Scriptures 1998+)
We may live in a time of crisis where disappointments abound but with the birth of Jeshua, Jesus Christ, we have received a Saviour, the Messiah. For us he must be the most magnificent present, the brightest light-spot in these dark times. Out of all the noise of ongoing shooting these days we should hear a loud voice in heaven saying that time has come for the deliverance and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ.

And I heard a loud voice saying in the heaven, “Now have come the deliverance and the power and the reign of our Elohim,{1} and the authority of His Messiah, for the accuser of our brothers, who accused them before our Elohim day and night, has been thrown down. {Footnote: 1See 11:15. }
(Revelation 12:10 The Scriptures 1998+)
The most important day we all should remember is the day God liberated His People from slavery and let the exodus begin to come to the Holy Land, plus the day that Jesus remembered that and installed the New Covenant and afterwards was killed to accomplish the promise of his Father. For the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before God day and night, is now cast down by that simple man, who was a magnificent teacher.
With him light came into the world to darken the greyness of the death and to bring it into oblivion. And they have conquered the accuser by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they did not spare themselves even unto death.

“And they overcame him because of the Blood of the Lamb, and because of the Word of their witness, and they did not love their lives to the death. “Because of this rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! Woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, knowing that he has little time.”
(Revelation 12:11-12 The Scriptures 1998+)
We are aware that the earth which shall not be destroyed did not end to exist on the 21st of December 2012, like some thought it would. Had they had read the Bible they should have known better.
The world has to see first the enragement and those who want to make war with the remnant of the seed of the woman, who keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus. A third world war is inevitable. Inescapable shall be the last and greatest tribulation the world has to face. When the time has come to that point people should have found their place, either on the site of God or on the site of the world.

These dark and short days, make time to think about the light and the real most precious present you can receive and have for a life in eternity.

The nation of Israel gave birth to the Immanuel, the God with us by the Messiah, who gave his life for all mankind. Jesus, the Lamb of God who took away the sins of the world, won the victory over sin and death.

Do You Want To Know Your Future?
Do you ever think about your future, both near and far? Do you ever ask yourself, what this life is about and why am I here. Does your life hear have any real, genuine meaning? Why does this world seem like each generation gets worst and worst. Why are there more and more and earthquakes and natural disasters each year? What is this world coming to or should I say what is coming to this world? These are all very valid and significant questions to ask, especially when you have tragedies like children being massacred in schools and on the streets of our inner cities every year. If you’ve asked these questions, maybe I have your answers. It’s All been written out for us in the Book of Truth. This book is made of a total of 66 books

About a man who changed history of humankind

Sometimes it is not bad to take your dictionary and historical books with you in the Bible Study class.

With the times developing we can notice that several ideas enter the belief of people, though they are not always as it is written in the Holy books they say they take as their guide.

Like every religion Christianity could not escape the human thoughts and people who brought in their own teachings which they wanted that the whole community would take. In several denominations in Christendom we can find rules or teachings which can not be found in the Bible.

About the man from Nazareth, Jesus Christ many pages were filled with painstaking, sedulous penstrokes. The figure has been some one of much controversy and of opposition.

Though we may not forget that we have a man in the picture with a real historical case. We cannot deny his existence. But some say he existed already more than two millennia ago or even from the beginning of times.
At the Belgian Christadelphian Ecclesia Brussel-Leuven the turn of the year brought some interesting lectures about the birth of Christ and its celebration in many Christian homes.
May we recommend to have a look at the series which goes into debt in the origin of Jesus the person who is been called the Christ or Messiah.
In the articles you shall be able to see that this special man from Nazareth was able to interest many people but also to annoy many others. He came on to this world on a special manner and grew up in an ordinary workers family to become an incredible master teacher, who got many followers and by his death and resurrection changed history and  a lot of hearts of many men and women who got hope for the future.

Wishing lanterns and Christmas

What have wishing lanterns and loving lanterns to do with Christmas.

This year it is big fashion to send a wishing lantern up in the air.
The Paper lanterns come in various shapes and sizes, as well as various methods of construction. In their simplest form, they are simply a paper bag with a candle placed inside, although more complicated lanterns consist of a collapsible bamboo or metal frame of hoops covered with tough paper.

The sellers promote it with saying that the sky lantern is like salute. The people will fly the sky lantern to the sky with their wish and prayer in a festa such as the Christmas day, the New Year, wedding ceremony, or other commemorative occasion. On the hot-air round paper lantern balloon a wish is written and by letting it go up in the air people do hope their wishes come true.

People think this is a good opener to Christmas Eve, wich refers to the evening or entire day preceding Christmas Day, a widely celebrated festival they say commemorating the birth of Jesus of Nazareth that takes place on December 25.

But Jesus was born on October the 17th 4 bCE. So what has Christmas and those wishing lights and balloons to do with the birth of the promised Messiah?

In fact, Santa Claus, reindeer, bells, flickering lights, Christmas trees a.o.have nothing to do with what happened in Bethlehem at a time there could not be any snow at all. So it is very strange that we even do find in warm countries, festivities on the 25th of December, when it is high Summer there, with people wanting to put on red bonnets and having winter decorations everywhere around.

The new trend of the wishing lampoons adds a new pagan tradition to the many Celtic ones/ Now the Thai and Japanese traditions and gods become introduce in the Christian traditions.

But can real Christians agree to go along with that?
Is it not better we do not go with such traditions and keep our hands off such actions?

Perhaps you think it does not harm to go along with such sorts of traditions. But we should remember that for that we do have perhaps a jealous God (Exodus 34:14; 1 Corinthians 10:22), who does not like any connection with falls gods or falls believes.

The universe belongs only to Jehovah ((Exodus 9:22) and we do have to honour only the One God and may not take His Name in a worthless way. (Exodus 20:7;Deuteronomy 4:24; 10:17; 2 Samuel 22:32; Isaiah 12:4; Acts 4:12)
We have to keep our hand off everything that smells to idolatry. (1 Corinthians 10:14; Deuteronomy 4:25; Colossians 3:5; 1 John 5:21)

As Christians we do have to be careful when we want to celebrate the end of the year in the cold and dark period not to give the impression on others that we do agree with the festivities for the goddess of light, which her birtday and celebration is on December the 25th.

Any uncleanness in our actions we do have to throw over board. It may be a big desire to enjoy the Christmas celebrations like they are done in many Christian countries, but do they really honour Jesus Christ? Check what the main focus is by those celebrations? Try to see certain connections of introduced figures and ornaments.

Is the Christ manifest at those celebrations? Or is the main accent on a Santa Claus and presents? Can you agree with the tale of the Santa Claus and would you see a connotation with the Christmas Man and the man they are so called to celebrate: the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ?

Perhaps there was a time that we all did those very things. But when we got baptised did we not choose to follow Christ Jesus and his followers, who did not celebrate the birth of their master. do you think Jesus himself would have loved that his birthday was considered the most important day to feast?
Did God not give the Pascha? Should 14 Nisan not be the most important 'day to remember'?

Does the Apostle Paul not write: "If, then, you were raised with Messiah, seek the matters which are above, where Messiah is, seated at the right hand of Elohim. Mind the matters above, not those on the earth. For you have died, and your life has been hidden with Messiah in Elohim. When the Messiah, who is our life, is manifested, then you also shall be manifested with Him in esteem. Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: whoring, uncleanness, passion, evil desire and greed of gain, which is idolatry. Because of these the wrath of Elohim is coming upon the sons of disobedience,1 Footnote: 1Eph. 2:2, Eph. 5:6. in which you also once walked when you lived in them. But now, also put off all these: displeasure, wrath, evil, blasphemy, filthy talk from your mouth. Do not lie to each other, since you have put off the old man1 with his practices, Footnote: 1Rom. 6:6, Eph. 4:22. and have put on the new one who is renewed in knowledge according to the likeness of Him who created him, where there is not Greek and Yehud?ite, circumcised and uncircumcised, foreigner, Scythian, slave, free, but Messiah is all, and in all. Therefore, as chosen ones of Elohim, set-apart and beloved, put on compassion, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, patience, bearing with one another, and forgiving each other if anyone has a complaint against another, indeed, as Messiah forgave you so also should you. But above all these put on love, which is a bond of the perfection. And let the peace of Elohim rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one Body, and be filled with thanks. Let the Word of Messiah1 dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing with pleasure in your hearts to the Master in psalms and songs of praise and spiritual songs. Footnote: 1John 12:48, Dt. 18:19, Rev. 19:13. And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the Name of the Master יהושע,  giving thanks to Elohim the Father through Him.
(Colossians 3:1-17 The Scriptures 1998+)

We do know that millions of people around the world with no Christian or religious affiliation or background also celebrate Christmas and Christmas Eve. The emphasis of celebration on Christmas Eve varies from country to country and region to region.

In case we use those dark days to come together and enjoy a family gathering, lets do that in honesty, not adhering to the symbols of pagan traditions. In cold, dark regions, fire and light may bring some sunshine in the house, and a spar or Chrismastree may bring some air-refresher in the room. But be honest and keep clean in the eyes of God, and withhold yourselves from those things God would not want.

The wrong heroIn the Western World we can find people who love to honour a creator that is far beyond any human person. In the East people worship other gods, but also do have three or two headed divinities. The clergy and followers of the many sects of Christendom worship also such more than one in one god, but they prefer not to give them a specific name. A lot of those worshippers give preference to have a nameless triune lord or do not know the name of their God. though the one who created the earth, heaven and everything around us, has a name that He picked out Himself - YaHuWhah = Jehovah.

You may take Jesus as your hero, but do not make him more important than he is and do not give him a higher position than he himself would want to take. Listen carefully to his words and those of his Father. In the past God spoke to our forefathers through the prophets at many times and in various ways. He also had given us his son, the Master teacher. Because in these last days God has spoken to us by his Son, we better take note of what that son said.

Christmas, Saturnalia and the birth of Jesus

The days are shortening already for some a time.  It always becomes quicker dark and there is now not many light during the day.

Over a few days a celebration would take place in many houselholds, by which trees are decorated and one not only in the tree extra lights are brought in, but also around the houses.  Extra light and atmossphere bringers can be welcome now.  But we must be conscious that we focus us rightly.

Christmas as generally celebrated today is one of many carry-overs from Roman Catholicism
that survived the Reformation. Historian Will Durant reminds us that Roman Catholicism grew out of the merger between paganism and Christianity that took place under Constantine in the early 300s. Commenting upon the resulting "Christianization" of the Roman Empire, which Reconstructionists such as Coalition on Revival (COR) director Jay Grimstead look back to fondly as a model of what they hope to achieve, Durant wrote:

Paganism survived...in the form of ancient rites and customs condoned...by an often indulgent Church....Statues of Isis and Horus were renamed Mary and Jesus...the Saturnalia [Festival of Saturn in celebration of the winter solstice] was replaced by Christmas celebration...[ I]ncense, lights, flowers, processions, vestments...which had pleased the people in older [pagan] cults were domesticated and cleansed in the Ritual of the Church....

In spite of its pagan/Roman Catholic origins and crass commercialization, we can perhaps rejoice that Christmas annually brings a reminder of the Savior's birth. Unfortunately, however, Christmas festivities generally perpetuate the confusion concerning who Jesus Christ really is, why He came, and what He accomplished.
This is not surprising, considering the misunderstandings even among His own disciples at the first advent--and the far greater confusion that the Bible warns will precede His second coming.

Christmas is only a few weeks away, and it's meant to be a celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, but how many people celebrate Christmas in ignorance of who Jesus actually is?
I'm sure you know who Jesus is, but download it anyway and forward it to your friends who might not know. This is a great time of the year to tell people about God and his plan for the earth as many are often more willing to listen because of all the Christmas celebrations going on around them. Use every opportunity possible to make the saving name of Jesus known to those around you this Christmas!

Around pre-existence of Christ

If Jesus had existed before his birth, he would have been a
different Jesus to the one who lived on the earth.

The Old Testament word ‘davar’ its equivalent in Greek ‘logos’ used by John as embroidery on the Tenach (OT). We may not become entangled in the ideas of Plato, the stoics, Philo, apologists and others. John uses the word ‘logos’ to indicate the Word of God, thinking about all those things God had said previously. He had it about the Plan of God that became reality. For the apostle John the promise of the Saviour came into existence by the birth of the Nazarene Jesus. Gods Plan became flesh (John 1:1,14)
In Kenneth S. Wuest's "The New Testament -an expanded translation" John 1:1 is being translated as: "And the Word was to His essence absolute deity."  Wuest was Teacher Emeritus of New Testament Greek by The Moody Bible Institute.
Irenaeus, Origenes and Tertullianus played their part because they believe in the pre-existence of Jesus and thought he also was God who did exist forever and could not die.
Some Christians today teach that he was an angel before his birth but Hebrews 2:7 shows that he was made lower than the angels, he was a man with human nature which means that he could die. Luke 20:36 tells us that angels are immortal, it is impossible for them to die and yet we know that Jesus did die a horrible death and wasn’t immortal until after his resurrection. Again we see that Jesus couldn’t have been an angel.
If Jesus existed before his birth, (we read about his birth at the beginning of the New Testament in the gospels) we would expect to read about him in Old Testament times. However, even though we find that much of the Old Testament does speak about Jesus it is all prophecy. Prophecy is looking something that is going to happen in the future. So everything we read about Jesus is saying that he will come in the future. We are told that he will be born of the virgin Mary (Isaiah 7:14); that he will die (Psalm 22 and Isaiah 53); that he will be King of the whole world (Zechariah 14:9); and that he will sit on the throne of David in Jerusalem (2 Samuel 7:11-16). God promised David that one of his descendants would sit on his throne for ever and rule over Israel, and we know that this is speaking of Jesus because in Luke 1:32-35 it says so. Now, if Jesus already existed, why is God promising to Abraham and to David that Jesus will come in the future, that he will be a descendant of them. It doesn’t really make sense. The prophets say what the Messiah would be like and what he would do, so that when he came the Jews would recognise him. These promises all speak in a future tense showing that Jesus had not come yet but that one day he would.
In Isaiah 7:14, the prophecy that shows Jesus would be born to the virgin Mary, it says “a virgin shall conceive”, (shall has the same meaning as will) so again it is using the future tense, showing that this still has to happen.
In Luke 1:32, “he shall be great”. This would be strange if Jesus did already exist, because it is saying that he wasn’t great before his birth, but if we understand that Jesus didn’t start to exist until his birth it makes sense.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16 AV)
Gave His ‘only-begotten Son’: It is possible Jesus draws his words from Psalm 22:20 LXX and Psalm 2:7. The Isaac-type also suggests, “only begotten.” The Greek is monogenes. (John 1:18) a junction of two words. Genes coming from the verb ginomai, which means coming into existence, becoming born, being created, being produced. When the force of God, the Holy Spirit, placed Jesus in the womb of Mary, a new Adam was been created by God. After Adam and Eve this was again the first human who was directly created by the Elohim Jehovah. For Jesus there was no other man involved to pro-create him. Mary was a virgin and became pregnant without intercourse. Muslims often say that our God did have intercourse with a human because we say that Christ Jesus is the Son of God, but God does not need sexual contact to create a human being. When God thinks about something He can take care that it is there. His wishes, His Plans can come into existence without any human interference. But God used a human, Mary to give the world a man who would be like all men, able to be tempted end being part of this world. It should not have been a god to whom the world could do nothing or who could not die. No Jesus really suffered and found an end to his life on a terrible way. While God cannot die Jesus really died on the wooden stake, to be lifted out of dead as an example to what can happen to us as well.
For John the risen Christ is the same as the Jesus he followed and who died. In his writings he therefore reacts to the Gnostic writers of his time and uses words in his gospel to make it clear for the bystanders.
The Word of God and the Plan of the Creator became more then 2000 years ago flesh (John 1:14). The fulfilment of the promise made in the Garden of Eden (Genesis) was procreate in Mary (Luke 1:35, Matthew 1:20) Jesus is the completion of that promise which was spread for centuries that came at the birth of Jesus of Nazareth, direct descendent of David, and leader of a new kingdom.
