Do not be afraid to learn or to speak

"Moses now said to Jehovah: 'Excuse me, Jehovah, but I am not a fluent speaker, neither since yesterday nor since before that nor since your speaking to your servant, for I am slow of mouth and slow of tongue.' At that Jehovah said to him: 'Who appointed a mouth for man or who appoints the speechless or the deaf or the clear-sighted or the blind? Is it not I, Jehovah? So now go, and I myself shall prove to be with your mouth and I will teach you what you ought to say.'" (Exodus 4:10-12)

"But [Jeremiah] said: 'Alas, O Sovereign Lord Jehovah! Here I actually do not know how to speak, for I am but a boy.' And Jehovah went on to say to me: 'Do not say, "I am but a boy." But to all those to whom I shall send you, you should go; and everything that I shall command you, you should speak. Do not be afraid because of their faces, for "I am with you to deliver you," is the utterance of Jehovah.'" (Jeremiah 1:6-8)

The mistake is the one from which we learn nothing

"The only real mistake is the one from which we learn nothing."
- John Enoch Powell

Experience is the worst teacher;
it gives the test first before
presenting the lesson.
- Vernon Law

"It is good for me that I was afflicted,
That I may learn Your statutes."
Psalms 119:71

Lord let me understand your admonitions and treaty requirements and let me get lessons from the things I have done and which I have undergone.

A learning process for each of us

To believe and to be a Christian is a learning process is. In a learning process there is always space to go wrong. If you cannot go wrong , you learn nothing! But by God, Jehovah, and by Jesus, Jeshua it goes about, our inclination, if we really want to learn. That is with an earthly father and an earthly teacher also. A good father expects no more  of its child then where it is regarding to which it is  able according to its age. A good school master does not become angry for the errors which a student makes as long as he has the inclination to learn.

God is a good father and Jesus is a good teacher. They give us all space to learn with falling and standing  up. As long as our inclination is well. And we receive that good inclination by the new treaty, Jesus New Covenant.

Volmaakt in onvolmaaktheid

Best of all things is to learn

"The best of all things is to learn.
Money can be lost or stolen, health and strength may fail,
but what you have committed to your mind is yours forever."
- Louis L'Amour

"Take my yoke upon you and learn from me,
for I am gentle and humble in heart,
and you will find rest for your souls.
For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."
Matthew 11:29-30

God I want to learn from Christ.
Give that I can become humble
and full of learning spirit.

Ik ben zachtmoedig en nederig van hart;
want mijn juk is zacht en mijn last is licht.’”
 (Mt 11:29-30 WV78)

God ik wil leren van Christus.
Geef dat ik nederig word
en vol van leergierigheid.
